In 1969 the first man landed on the moon and since then there have been much more interesting discoveries and inventions. We have even arrived to the new amazing paper airplane that arrived in space. The inventors; three men presumably from Britain, invented this amazing invention just from paper and straws, although it was quite a complex design. This design was completed with a frame and fuselage with inside a camera, GPS system and a little plastic pilot. The Vulture 1 was launched from a field in Madrid, Spain with a helium balloon attached to it and arrived just over 89,000 ft. Then, because of the low-pressure in the atmosphere, the balloon popped and the plane started going down and took some lovely scenery pictures. The scientists were happy to find that this wonderful plane landed in Pelayos Dam, about 40 miles away from the launch site. Because of this brand new discovery, don't be surprised if you'll be able to send your dolly in space!!!
I remember reading about a class in South America who created a helium balloon with a camera attached to it. It also took really good pictures. What do you suppose scientists could do with this simple invention?
